NOT many online registration companies are known and have made it fairly big in the country. Hero Ventures Sdn Bhd is probably one of the few.

Hero Ventures has been receiving an average of 10 applications worth more than RM20,000 a month for its online company registration services, managing director Rustum Ali Khan said.

He claimed that the popularity of its website, www.ReadyCompanies.com, is growing as many applicants want to avoid the queue at the Registrar of Companies’ office at Putra Place, The Mall in Kuala Lumpur.

“The website has the highest hits in the company registration services category in the Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines,” he said.

Hero Ventures had received inquiries on company registration from as far as the UK and the US, he added.

Besides company registration services for private companies, services available at www.ReadyCompanies.com also include application for the Ministry of Finance’s licences and compulsory training courses for directors of non-listed companies.

Started its online services in 1995, Hero Ventures has a paid-up capital of RM1 million.
